By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. No charges will be made at booking unless otherwise noted, but your card will be securely held on file for cancellation or no-call/no-show fees.
Appointment & Age Requirements
Services are available by appointment only. All clients must be 18 or older, or have written parental consent to receive treatment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s appointment. Full service fees will still apply.
Guest Policy
To maintain a peaceful and private environment, no additional guests, children, or pets are permitted during your appointment — no exceptions. Thank you for helping keep the space serene for all clients.
Right to Refuse Service
Members Only Skin reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health and skincare information before treatment.
Behavior
Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times.
Refund Policy
All services and product sales are final. Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare recommendations.
Health & Safety
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold/flu symptoms, or have a contagious skin condition. Your comfort and safety are top priority. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform me at booking so we can customize your treatment.
Photography & Social Media
Members Only Skin may document treatments for educational or promotional use. Client privacy is respected, and explicit verbal or written consent will be requested before any photo or video is taken or shared. By granting consent, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of your image, voice, or recording.
Release of Liability
By booking a treatment with Members Only Skin, you give permission for Rose, your esthetician, to perform the services you have scheduled. You confirm that you have honestly and fully answered all health and skincare questions, including any allergies, medications, or topical products you are currently using. Rose will take every reasonable precaution to minimize risks and prevent adverse reactions.
While Members Only Skin follows strict safety and hygiene protocols, skincare treatments carry inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks, and understand it is your responsibility to ask questions and make an informed decision before receiving any service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any right to pursue claims or actions against Rose and Members Only Skin related to your treatment. This release includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, skin irritation or dryness, post-treatment effects, and equipment malfunction.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that all services and product sales are final. Withholding or providing inaccurate information may increase the risk of adverse effects.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! To provide the best service for all clients, please review our cancellation policy:
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service price.
No-calls and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with full fees still applying.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with Rose as soon as possible.
Please note: Initiating a chargeback to dispute a valid cancellation fee may result in the loss of future booking privileges and could be reported as a policy violation. We are always happy to discuss any billing concerns directly and appreciate the opportunity to resolve them professionally.
